One Simple Wedding Package

Getting confused looking at loads of wedding photographer’s packages? (that sounded wrong the moment I typed it…) I know I did for our wedding. I’ve tried to make things as simple as possible therefore £1,500 gets you the following :

  • Lots of Consultations and venue visits (if required!)
  • Pre-wedding Engagement Shoot.
  • Full Wedding Day Coverage until 9pm.
  • Personalised DVD containing retouched high resolution images.
  • Online Gallery to share with friends and family.

Fine Art Wedding Albums or iPads (if you grooms can convince your new wives!) can be added on and start from £350. If you have individual requirements please get in touch and I’ll happily create a more bespoke package.

The above package is available for £800 for bookings placed in 2012 only. Spaces are filling up pretty fast so please get in touch for more information.

“Why are photographers so expensive?” is unfortunately a pretty common question around these parts. “You just hold a camera, click a button, and that’s it right?” Which I guess is what it boils down to, other than the equipment costs, the software costs, the insurance, the endless editing and marketing. I won’t go into all that here, you can have a look on google.

But it’s important to understand how important your wedding photography is. A lot of bridal magazines will recommend that the photographer is one of the first things to try and get a discount on but they’re missing the point completely. If you’re just looking for someone to simply “hold a camera and click the button” there’s a billion photographers out there that will gladly take your money and help you with that. And that’ll reflect in your photos. I promise you your photographer will put as much enthusiasm and energy into your photos as you express about them. Find someone that absolutely loves what they do. You’ll be able to tell, I promise. Because someone that’s excited about their work, and loves what they do, will give you a better end product, care more about you as a client, and be much easier to work with than someone that’s simply trying to make a quick buck on the side.

Being your wedding photographer is so much more than just clicking the button and I really want all my couples to value their photography on the day. I’m there to capture all the moments and emotion that you might miss. The day will whizz by and before you know it you’ll be sat on a beach on your honeymoon. Of course weddings are expensive (I’m planning my own at the moment!) but the photography is far and away the most important investment you’ll make on the day.

If you’ve got any questions or would like a more detailed brochure then do get in touch and I’ll be happy to forward more information on!
